My Design is not showing up at Checkout.. What do I do?
Rest Assured.. All uploaded artwork is saved on our end as soon as you click the checkout button.
On rare occasions your finished design may appear like it is not with your order at the checkout page. Not to worry, visual bugs always have a chance of happening and our system is setup so your artwork will still follow your order on our end after you upload it.
When you reach the checkout page, the name of the file you uploaded should also appear in the order summary confirming that it is still with your order on our end.
In the extremely rare occasion that your artwork didn’t make it through to us with your order – we will reach out to you directly via email to get your artwork.
We will NEVER ship you blank products or produce your order without artwork. :)

Unfortunately, we do not accept customer-provided apparel. To ensure the highest quality and compatibility with our printing processes, we use our own carefully selected apparel. This allows us to guarantee the durability, print quality, and overall satisfaction of your custom products.
Do you guarantee the quality of your products?
Absolutely. We stand behind the quality of our products. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we’ll make it right.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods.
How do I know what size to order?
We provide a detailed size chart for each product. Make sure to measure and compare to ensure the perfect fit.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes, we offer volume discounts on all items. The more you order, the more you save. Please refer to the pricing table located in the product description.

Is there a minimum order quantity for custom t-shirts?
No, there is no minimum order quantity. You can order as few as one t-shirt!
How should I care for my printed shirts?
Keep the shirts neatly folded to prevent creases or wrinkles on the print.
Separate laundry—keep separate piles for light and dark t-shirts to avoid any color transfer.
Limit ironing—although ironing is not recommended, if necessary, do so on low heat, keep the t-shirt inside out, and avoid direct contact with the print.
Machine-wash cold, inside-out on a gentle cycle using your washer’s recommended amount of detergent. Do not use any fabric softeners.
Tumble-dry on a low cycle; however, air drying is preferred for the print to last longer.
Can I see a sample before placing a large order?

What sizes are available for the custom t-shirts?
Our custom t-shirts are available in a range of sizes from XS to 4XL. Available sizes vary by manufacturer and are subject to current inventory availability. Please refer to the individual product page for more details.

We use high-quality screen printing and Direct-To-Film heat-transfer printing (DTF) methods to ensure vibrant and durable prints on our t-shirts. Having a variety of imprint methods allows us to provide competitive pricing and low minimums.
